13. Dumbbell Sumo Squat

These squats are absolutely like goblet squats. But instead, then just one big dumbbell held in the middle of your torso like goblet squats, you are going to utilize two dumbbells (one in each hand).
- Stand with your feet slightly turned out and roughly two to three feet apart.
- Hold the dumbbells at the same end with every hand so that they hang down.
- Engage your heart and slowly squat down, taking your chair as low as possible, keeping your weight concentrated from the heels of your feet.
- Come all of the ways down before the ends of the dumbbells tap on the floor, then push through your heels to come back to standing.
