8. Stretching the legs with a bend to the side

  1. Sit on the floor and spread your feet wide apart.
  2. Bend one leg at the knee and pull the heel towards the pelvis. 
  3. Keep the second straight, pulling the sock towards you.
  4. Tilt your torso to the side to a straight leg, stretch the opposite hand over the top, trying to grab the foot.
  5. Maintain an extension without twisting your torso, then switch sides.
