8. Stretching the legs with a bend to the side
- Sit on the floor and spread your feet wide apart.
- Bend one leg at the knee and pull the heel towards the pelvis.
- Keep the second straight, pulling the sock towards you.
- Tilt your torso to the side to a straight leg, stretch the opposite hand over the top, trying to grab the foot.
- Maintain an extension without twisting your torso, then switch sides.
