7. Transverse half-split with a chair
- Place a chair with a high back, stand sideways to the back of the chair, standing at arm’s length.
- Raise the leg closest to the chair and place it at the highest point of the back.
- Bend the supporting leg, lowering the pelvis down, as if squatting.
- Thus, increase the degree of traction of the adductor surface of the thigh.
