7. Transverse half-split with a chair

  1. Place a chair with a high back, stand sideways to the back of the chair, standing at arm’s length.
  2. Raise the leg closest to the chair and place it at the highest point of the back.
  3. Bend the supporting leg, lowering the pelvis down, as if squatting. 
  4. Thus, increase the degree of traction of the adductor surface of the thigh.
  5. Repeat on the other side.
