6. Stretching in half lotus
- Sit on your buttocks with your legs extended in front of you.
- Bend one leg and place the foot on the thigh of the other leg, pulling the foot to the base of the thigh.
- The knee of the upper leg should lie down or be as close to the floor as possible.
- Bend your torso forward with your back straight, grasping the foot of your straight leg.
- Increase the extension gradually, the lower the torso, the more the back of the thigh is stretched.
- Repeat this on the other leg.
